凉州区西营五干片调蓄水池工程设计初探

摘　　要：该文通过对西营灌区五干片区调蓄水池工程的设计,形成了以调蓄水池为骨干、受益村庄及企业为节点的水网体系。坚持走生态优先、绿色发展之路,全力打造生态美、产业优、百姓富的美丽武威。水资源作为基础性、战略性资源,水利作为重要基础设施和重要发展支撑,面临着更高、更新的发展要求。根据水利部水系连通与农村水系综合整治要求,牢固树立“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,结合水资源开发利用实际发挥效益提供水资源保障,为灌区经济发展提供助力;为河西地区同类工程的布置和设计提供有益的参考,便于同行进行学习共勉。Through the design of the storage tank project in the Wugan section of Xiying Irrigation District,this paper has formed a water network system with storage tanks as backbones and beneficial villages and enterprises as nodes,adheres to the path of ecological priority and green development,and strives to build a beautiful Wuwei with ecological beauty,excellent industries and rich people.Water resources are a basic and strategic resource,water conservancy is an important infrastructure and development support,and they both are facing higher and newer development requirements.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources for the water system connectivity and comprehensive improvement of the rural water system,we must firmly establish the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,and combine the actual benefits of the development and utilization of water resources to provide water resource protection,so as to provide assistance for the economic development of irrigation areas,provide a useful reference for the layout and design of similar projects in Hexi region,and is convenient for peer to learn and encourage together.
