“双一流”建设下地方高校图书馆学科服务能力提升的思考

摘　　要：“双一流”建设是我国实施科技兴国战略的一项重大举措,它对高等学校图书馆提出了更高要求,地方高校图书馆应顺应这一要求,改进工作方法和服务方式,为其“双一流”建设提供坚强的支撑。该文对“双一流”建设内涵以及高校图书馆提出的要求进行了梳理,分析了地方高校图书馆学科服务的现状与存在问题,提出了地方高校图书馆要通过修改和完善学科服务制度、改进和创新学科服务模式、加大学科服务宣传力度和提高新技术融入学科服务的程度等方式有效开展学科服务,为在“双一流”建设背景下提高地方高校竞争力做出更大的贡献。The construction of the"Double First-class Project"is an important measure for China to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology,which puts forward the higher requirement for university libraries,and local university libraries should comply with this requirement,improve their working methods and service modes,and provide strong support for their construction of the"Double First-class Project".This paper combs the connotation of the construction of the"Double First-class Project"and the requirements put forward by university libraries,analyzes the current situation and problems of discipline services in local university libraries,and proposes that local university libraries should effectively carry out discipline services by modifying and improving discipline service systems,improving and innovating discipline service models,strengthening the publicity of discipline services and improving the degree of integration of new technologies into discipline services,so as to make greater contributions to improving the competitiveness of local universities under the background of the construction of the"Double First-class Project".
