芳黏混纺纬弹织物的染整加工实践

摘　　要：将氨纶丝应用于芳黏混纺织物可赋予芳纶类面料较好的服用舒适性。提出实际可行的芳黏混纺纬弹织物前处理及后整理染整工艺。结果表明,芳黏混纺纬弹织物染整加工时需先进行预定型,温度宜控制在190~195℃之间。织物吸湿速干性能达到标准要求,拉伸弹性和尺寸稳定性得到很好的控制,服用性能良好。The application of spandex yarn to aramid-blend fabrics can give better wearing comfort to aramid-like fabrics.In this article,pre treatment,finishing and dyeing processes for aramid-viscose blended weft-tretch fabrics are presented.The results show that the dyeing and finishing of aramid-blend weft-elastic fabrics needs to be pre-shaped first,and the temperature should be con-trolld between 190℃and 195℃.The fabric moisture absorption and quick drying properties meet the standard requirements,tensile elasticity and dimensional stability are well controlled,and the taking performance is good.
