摘  要:文章针对以往塔台管制系统建设和运行存在系统分散、信息孤岛从而造成管制员运行指挥不便等问题,研究设计了一体化、集成式塔台管制自动化系统。系统以A-SMGCS、电子进程单(EFS)两大核心组件为基础,一体化集成塔台管制业务功能,具备基于管制意图预警、滑行灯光引导等技术,向塔台管制用户提供空地一体化态势监视、及时预警、航空器滑行灯光引导、电子化航班进程管理,提高了机场场面运行安全和效率。In view of the problems existing in the construction and operation of the previous tower control systems,such as system dispersion and information isolated island,which caused the inconvenience of the operation and control of controllers,the integrated tower control automation system was studied and designed.Based on the two core components of A-SMGCS and electronic flight strip system(EFS),the tower control service functions were integrated.This system is based on technologies such as control intention pre-warning and taxiing light guidance to provide tower control users with integrated air-ground situation surveillance,timely pre-warning,aircraft taxiing light guidance and electronic flight process management,so as to improve the safety and efficiency of airport surface operation.
