摘 要:由于传统的立体停车库控制系统稳定性较差且准确程度较低,文章设计了机电一体化的立体停车库PLC控制系统。该系统在结构上以升降横移式多层立体结构为主,采用单模块与多模块结合的方式,通过控制载车台完成存、取车及升降系统的设计。在系统软件上,基于PLC系统增加智能PID算法,减少振荡与控制不稳定现象发生;利用A/D相互转换与传感信息采集,完成控制输出指令模块的增加,使载车装置自动准确到达对应泊位。测试结果表明:立体停车库系统优化后,当存入车辆从100辆增加到500辆时,停车入位的平均准确率可以达到98.8%。通过测试可以看出,文章设计满足了对立体停车库PLC智能控制的需求。Due to the poor stability and low accuracy of the traditional three-dimensional parking garage control system,the article designs an electromechanical integrated PLC control system for the three-dimensional parking garage.The system mainly adopts a multi-layer three-dimensional structure with lifting and horizontal movement,and adopts a combination of single module and multiple modules to complete the design of storage,pick-up,and lifting systems by controlling the vehicle loading platform.In terms of system software,an intelligent PID algorithm is added based on the PLC system to reduce oscillation and control instability;By utilizing A/D mutual conversion and sensing information collection,the addition of control output command modules is completed,enabling the vehicle carrying device to automatically and accurately reach the corresponding parking space.The test results show that after the optimization of the three-dimensional parking garage system,the average accuracy of parking placement can reach 98.8% when the number of stored vehicles increases from 100 to 500.Through testing,it can be seen that the article design meets the demand for PLC intelligent control of three-dimensional parking garages.
