摘  要:全固态中波发射机的创新发展是对原有中波发射行业的一项技术变革。它具有效率高、安全稳定、维修便捷等特点。在实际应用过程中,全固态中波发射机为了保障维修人员的人身安全,设置了多项联锁,包括外部联锁、门联锁和电缆联锁。文章主要介绍了中波发射机联锁的设计原则、外部联锁工作原理及其故障处理方法,帮助工程人员直接、快速、准确地处理相关问题,降低了人工和时间成本,提高了发射机播出的稳定性和高效性。The innovation and development of all solid state MW transmitter is a technological change to the original MW transmitter industry.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,safety,stability and convenient maintenance.In the actual application process,in order to ensure the personal safety of maintenance personnel,all solid state MW transmitter has set up a number of interlocks,including external interlocking,door interlocking and cable interlocking.This paper mainly introduces the design principle of MW transmitter interlocking,the working principle of external interlocking and the troubleshooting method,which help engineers directly,quickly and accurately deal with relevant problems,reduce labor and time costs,and improve the stability and efficiency of transmitter broadcasting.
