摘 要:针对汽车坐垫调角器用特殊卷簧在工作过程中最大应力超过许用应力及簧圈之间发生接触导致卷簧疲劳寿命降低的问题,文章以该卷簧最大应力满足强度要求及簧圈之间不接触为优化目标,基于HyperMesh和ANSYS联合仿真,对其结构参数及材料选用进行优化,并对优化前后卷簧的应力及接触情况进行对比分析。仿真结果表明:优化后卷簧最大应力小于材料许用应力,满足强度要求,且工作过程中簧圈之间未发生接触。本优化方案可对该类特殊型式卷簧的结构优化提供参考。For a special flat scroll spring for automobile seat cushion angle adjuster,the maximum stress in the working process exceeds the allowable stress and the contact between coils leads to the reduction of the fatigue life of the flat scroll spring.Taken the maximum stress of the flat scroll spring to meet the strength requirements and the non-contact between coils as the optimization objective,based on HyperMesh and ANSYS co-simulation finite element analysis,the structural parameters and material selection are optimized,and the optimization scheme is proposed,and the stress and contact of the flat scroll spring before and after optimization are analyzed.The results show that the maximum stress of the optimized flat scroll spring is lower than the allowable stress of the material,which meets the strength requirements,and there is no contact between the coils in the working process.The optimization scheme in this paper can provide a reference for the structural optimization of this special type of spring.
