数字技能何以助力农民工返乡创业?——创业自我效能和感知政府创业支持的作用

摘　　要：农民工返乡创业不仅有利于促进农村经济发展和乡村振兴,也有利于提高农民工自身收入水平和生活质量,然而农民工创业面临创业能力不足的限制。随着数字中国建设的推进,数字技能的重要作用日益凸显,为提升农民工创业能力提供了契机。基于社会认知理论,通过对437份农民工调研数据进行分析得出:数字技能积极影响农民工返乡创业倾向;数字技能积极影响农民工创业自我效能,创业自我效能在数字技能与农民工返乡创业倾向间起到中介作用;感知政府创业支持增强了农民工创业自我效能对返乡创业倾向的正向影响,并进一步增强了数字技能通过创业自我效能影响农民工返乡创业倾向的间接效应。Returning home to start businesses not only promotes rural economic development and rural revitalization,but also improves the income level and quality of life of migrant workers.However,migrant workers face limitations due to insufficient entrepreneurial capabilities.With the advancement of digital China construction,the importance of digital skills is becoming increasingly prominent,providing opportunities to enhance migrant workers entrepreneurial capabilities.Based on social cognitive theory and data from a survey of 487 migrant workers,the results show that:digital skills positively affect migrant workers entrepreneurial intentions;digital skills positively influence migrant workers entrepreneurial self-efficacy,which mediates the relationship between digital skills and entrepreneurial intentions;perceived policy support for entrepreneurship enhances the positive effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions and further strengthens the indirect effect through which digital skills influence migrant workers entrepreneurial intentions via entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
