摘 要:本研究于2020年7月底调查分析了常德市周边东湖(N29°23’31"~29°20’14",E112°40’22"~112°37’15")、北民湖(N29°43’52"~29°41’30",E111°54’10"~111°51’28")、毛里湖(N29°28’58"~29°23’4",E111°58’30"~111°52’40")和安乐湖(N28°49’48"~28°47’47",E112°12’39"~112°9’39")浮游植物的种类组成、生物量以及水体理化指标,以探究亚热带养殖水体浮游植物功能群特征及其营养状态。结果表明,毛里湖为中营养水平,安乐湖为轻度富营养化水平,东湖和北民湖均为富营养化状态;东湖浮游植物生物量最高,平均为23.69 mg/L,安乐湖最低,平均为6.71 mg/L;四个湖泊均以蓝藻为优势门类,其中北民湖和毛里湖蓝藻生物量占80%以上,安乐湖最低,约为39%。按Reynolds等的浮游植物功能群标准,可分为17个浮游植物功能群,其中,东湖优势浮游植物功能群有H_(1)、S_(1)、MP、P、C,北民湖H_(1)、L_(M)、C、MP,毛里湖H_(1)、S_(1)、S_(N)、L_(O),安乐湖H_(1)、S_(1)、T、A、L_(O)、M。冗余分析(RDA)结果表明,优势功能群与水体透明度(SD)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、p H相关;浮游植物功能群能较好地指示养殖型湖泊生境特征。To understand the structure of phytoplankton function groups and trophic status among four subtropical aquaculture lakes,the phytoplankton species,biomass and environmental factors were analyzed in four aquaculture lakes including Dong Lake(N29°23'31"~29°20'14",E112°40'22"~112°37'15"),Beimin Lake(N29°43'52"~29°41'30",E111°54'10"~111°51'28"),Maoli Lake(N29°28'58"~29°23'4",E111°58'30"~111°52'40")and Anle Lake(N 28°49'48"~28°47'47",E 112°12'39"~112°9'39")around Changde City in the end of July(summer)of 2020.It was found that Maoli Lake was in mesotrophic level;Anle Lake in mild eutrophic level;Dong Lake and Beimin Lake were in eutrophic level,with the maximal phytoplankton biomass in Dong Lake and the minimal level in Anle lake,the average value of 23.69 mg/L,6.71 mg/L,respectively.Cyanophyta dominated the phytoplankton community in four Lakes,accounting for over 80%in Beimin Lake and Maoli Lake,and 39%in Anle Lake.The classification criteria of phytoplankton functional groups proposed by Reynolds et al.indicated that all phytoplankton in the four lakes was divided into 17 functional groups,with the dominance function groups of H1,S1,MP,P,and C in Dong Lake,H1,LM,C,MP in Beimin Lake,H1,S1,SN,LO in Maoli Lake and H1,S1,T,A,LO,M in Anle Lake.Redundant analysis(RDA)showed that the main environmental factors affecting the dominant of phytoplankton functional groups as a good indicator for characteristic of aquaculture lakes were of Secci depth,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and pH.
