摘 要:2020年8月在福建海域用底拖网捕获雌莱氏拟乌贼Sepioteuthis lessoniana 7尾,未性成熟个体2尾,平均体质量(210±43)g,已性成熟个体5尾,平均体质量为(430±76)g,用组织切片技术观察其卵巢的显微组织学结构,根据卵子的发生特征和变化规律划分卵子发生时期。结果显示:莱氏拟乌贼卵巢内的卵原细胞个体逐渐增大,细胞核由中央偏向一端直至消失;扁平状滤泡细胞和椭圆形滤泡细胞先后包裹卵母细胞,双层滤泡细胞在卵母细胞内增多并形成指状突起;卵黄物质在滤泡细胞解体时形成,最终充满卵母细胞。根据以上特征,将莱氏拟乌贼的卵子发生划分为4个阶段9个时期,即第一阶段卵原细胞期,第二阶段无滤泡细胞期、单层滤泡细胞期和双层滤泡细胞期,第三阶段滤泡细胞增生初期、滤泡细胞增生中期和滤泡细胞增生末期,第四阶段卵黄堆积期及成熟期。本研究认为莱氏拟乌贼卵子内的滤泡细胞起到合成并分泌营养物质的功能。In this study,the microstructure of an ovary was histologically observed in immature Indo-Pacific oval squid Sepioteuthis lessoniana with body weight of(210±43)g and the mature ones with body weight of(430±76)g and the oogenesis was divided into several stages according to the characteristics and change in each stage of the eggs in order to understand the characteristics of oogenesis in the squid.The results showed that the oogoniums were small individually and gradually increased with development and maturation.The flat follicular cells were first found and wrapped the oocytes,then a layer of elliptical follicular cells was formed outside the flat follicular cells.The double-layer follicular cells gradually rolled inward into the oocytes and formed finger-like processes which processed gradually to be connected to a network and filled the whole cell.The nucleus of the oocytes was squeezed to one side,meanwhile the flat follicular cells began to disintegrate,and a small amount of yolk material began to form in the process space.Finally,the follicular cells were completely disintegrated,and the oocyte was filled with yolk material,with the maximal size.Based on the characteristics above,the eggs of Indo-Pacific oval squid were divided into the first stage(oogonium phase),the second stage(no follicular cell phase,single-layer follicular cell phase and double-layer follicular cell phase),the third stage(early,middle and late phase of follicular cell proliferation).It is suggested that the follicular cells play a role in synthesizing and secreting nutrients during oogenesis in Indo-Pacific oval squid.
