摘  要:采用熔融法制备了Nb_(2)O_(5) -P_(2)O_(5)-Na_(2)O-BaO系铌-磷酸盐玻璃,通过热处理获得了同体系微晶玻璃。利用Raman光谱分析了玻璃的结构。利用DSC确定了玻璃的特征温度。根据结晶峰温度最低法确定了该体系玻璃的最佳形核参数为700℃、0.5 h.利用扫描电子显微镜分析了玻璃与微晶玻璃的微观结构。利用XRD分析了微晶玻璃的相结构,随着晶体生长温度升高,结晶度明显提高,物相分析表明主晶相为BaNb 2P 2O 11,次晶相为NbPO 5.利用精密阻抗分析仪对玻璃及微晶玻璃的介电常数、介电损耗进行了测试。结果表明,在950℃进行晶体生长的微晶玻璃在1 kHz时获得了最高的介电常数为48.7,介电损耗为0.017,和玻璃相比介电常数提高了204%,因此确定最佳晶体生长温度为950℃.Phosphate glass of Nb_(2)O_(5) -P_(2)O_(5)-Na_(2)O-BaO system was prepared by melt-quenching method,and the glass-ceramics of the same system were obtained after heat treatment.The structure of the glass was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy.The characteristic temperatures of the glass were determined by DSC thermal analysis.According to the minimum crystallization peak temperature method,the optimal nucleation parameters of the glass were determined to be 700℃ and 0.5 h.The microstructure of the niobium phosphate glass and glass-ceramics was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The phase analysis was carried out with XRD.The result showed that the main crystalline phase was BaNb 2P 2O 11 and the secondary crystalline phase was NbPO 5.As the crystal growth temperature increased,the crystallinity increased significantly.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of niobium phosphate glass and glass-ceramics were measured by a precision impedance analyzer.The glass-ceramics heat-treated at 950℃ obtained the highest dielectric constant of 48.7 at 1 kHz,whereas the dielectric loss was 0.017.Compared with the glass,the dielectric constant is increased by 204%.Therefore,the best nucleus growth temperature was determined to be 950℃.
