摘  要:提升机载荷增加会造成其轴承油膜厚度减小或击穿,并形成轴电流。轴电流对轴承的危害程度取决于其等效电容及等效电阻的大小。对双列调心滚子轴承进行分析,用SolidWorks软件建模,考虑大范围轴承内外圈作为极板,再用ANSYS Maxwell仿真计算轴承不同油膜厚度产生的等效电容,所电容值更为精确,对比分析得到了油膜厚度和电容值之间的关系。研究结果表明:油膜厚度在≤1.2 mm时,随着油膜厚度的增加,电容值下降速率较快;在1.2 mm至1.9 mm区间时,趋于平稳;在1.9 mm至2 mm区间时,急速下降,油膜厚度≥2 mm时电容值为零。理论计算出轴承击穿时的等效电阻,其数值接近于零,说明微小的电容即可产生较大的电流,造成电蚀损伤。同时给出了预防电蚀的有效措施。此研究结论为后续轴电流分析提供参考。Hoist load increase will cause the bearing oil film thickness decrease or breakdown,and the formation of shaft current.The harm degree of shaft current to bearing depends on its equivalent capacitance and equivalent resistance.In this paper,double-column self-balancing roller bearings are analyzed,Solidworks software is used for modeling,a wide range of bearing inner and outer rings are considered as plates,and then ANSYS Maxwell is used to simulate the equivalent capacitance generated by different oil film thicknesses of bearings.The capacitance value is more accurate,and the relationship between oil film thickness and capacitance value is obtained by comparative analysis.The results show that when the oil film thickness is less than or equal to 1.2 mm,the capacitance value decreases rapidly with the increase of the oil film thickness.When the range is 1.2 mm to 1.9 mm,it tends to be stable;When the oil film thickness is greater than or equal to 2 mm,the capacitance value is zero.The equivalent resistance of bearing breakdown is calculated theoretically,and its value is close to zero,indicating that a small capacitor can generate a large current and cause electrical erosion damage.At the same time,the effective measures to prevent electrical corrosion are given.The conclusion provides a reference for further analysis of axial current.
