摘 要:对液体润滑轴承的承载原理进行了研究,同时利用CFD仿真技术,对椭圆形液体润滑轴承的承载机理、各项性能参数和圆形轴承做了对比分析。对于一些特殊的低速重载的油膜轴承使用工况,采用椭圆形液体润滑轴承能够提升承载能力,使油膜轴承有更高的安全系数。对于低速重载轴承,利用CFD仿真计算难点在于高偏心率油膜流体域的离散化,通过对油膜流体域的几何模型多次分割,攻克了高偏心率油膜流体域网格划分的技术难题,能够生成偏心率0.995以下的油膜流体域高质量网格,能够在流体仿真计算中得到很好的收敛。通过对椭圆形液体润滑轴承承载机理研究,可以用椭圆形液体润滑轴承在一些场合下替代圆形轴承,一些国外钢厂已经在低速重载工况下使用了椭圆形液体润滑轴承,提高轴承的承载能力和安全系数。This paper research on the Full liquid lubricated bearing,at the same time,using CFD simulation technology,comparing the bearing mechanism and performance parameters of elliptical liquid lubricated bearings and the circular liquid lubricated bearings.For some special low-speed heavy load oil film bearing service conditions,using oval liquid lubrication bearing can improve the carrying capacity,making the oil film bearing has a higher safety factor.For low-speed heavy load bearing,the calculation difficulty using CFD simulation is the dispersion of high eccentricity oil membrane fluid domain.Through the geometric model segmentation several times of oil membrane fluid domain,a high-quality grid of oil membrane fluid domain with eccentricity below 0.995 can be generated,which can get good convergence in fluid simulation calculation.Through the study of the bearing mechanism of oval liquid lubricating bearings,circular bearings can be replaced with oval liquid lubricating bearings in some occasions.Some foreign steel mills have used oval liquid lubricating bearings under low speed and heavy load conditions,to improve the bearing capacity and safety factor of bearings.
