摘 要:宽厚板的凸起缺陷由于横向、纵向曲率均不一致而难以消除,利用压平机压平时垫铁距离与压下量仅依据经验确定,导致生产效率低,成本上升。针对此问题,提出了曲率分析与能量计算相结合的方法,基于变形能量最小原则,制定压平机消除宽厚板凸起缺陷的最优工艺参数。不仅为宽厚板的压力矫直提供了理论依据,而且为实际生产提供了有效、节能的压平方案。It is difficult to eliminate the convex defect of wide and heavy plate because of the difference of transverse and longitudinal curvature.Moreover,the distance of sizing block and the reduction amount can only be adjusted according to experience when being pressed by a flattening machine,which leads to low production efficiency and increased cost.To solve this problem,a method combining curvature analysis with energy calculation is proposed,and the optimum process parameters to eliminate the convex defect of the wide and heavy plate by the flattening machine is established using the principle of minimum deformation energy.It not only provides a theoretical basis for pressure straightening of wide and heavy plates,but also provides an effective and energy saving flattening scheme for practical production.
