基于Rasch模型的机场到港旅客换乘行为分析

摘　　要：为提升机场的换乘效率和到港旅客换乘满意度,分析到港旅客换乘方式选择偏好的异质性,基于Rasch模型基本理论,构建包含心理潜变量的潜在类别条件logit模型进行实证研究。结果表明:加入心理潜变量的潜在类别条件logit模型相较于其他模型有着更高的拟合度和精度。受访换乘者可分为机场巴士偏好者、有轨电车偏好者及机场出租偏好者,分别占总样本的37.2%、53.5%、9.3%。对服务质量的要求等心理潜变量对换乘者潜在类别分类影响显著。The heterogeneity of arriving passengers′transfer preferences is analyzed in order to improve the transfer efficiency and satisfaction of arriving passengers.The logit model of potential categorical conditions including psychological latent variables constructed is empirically studied based on the basic theory of Rasch model.The results show that the latent category conditional logit model with psychological latent variables has a higher fitting degree and accuracy than other models.The interviewed transfer respondents can be divided into an airport bus preference,tram preference,and airport taxi preference,accounting for 37.2%,53.5%,and 9.3%of the total sample respectively.Psychological latent variables such as service quality have a significant impact on the classification of potential categories of transferees.
