摘 要:振动筛分是颗粒物质分级的重要手段,颗粒形状在确定散体的行为中起关键作用,松散和透筛是影响筛分效果的重要因素。为研究颗粒形状对筛分松散和透筛机理的影响,基于多球组合颗粒建模方法,建立形状逐渐变化和尖锐程度逐渐变化的18种非球形颗粒模型和单个球形颗粒,应用离散单元法模拟和分析了复杂形状入料颗粒对平动与摆动复合振动筛筛分过程中松散与透筛机理的影响。结果表明,不同形状入料颗粒松散度、透筛度与筛分时间关系曲线趋势一致,但对松散度和透筛度数值影响显著。文中所建颗粒b、g、e和球形颗粒松散效果较差,透筛度低。为今后研究颗粒形状对筛分松散和透筛的影响提供指导。Vibration screening is a vital method for particle classification.Particle shape plays a key role in determining the behavior of bulk solids,and material looseness and penetration are important factors that influence screening effect.To investigate the impact of particle shape on screening looseness and penetration mechanisms,this study established 18 non-spherical particle models and single spherical particles with gradually changing shape and sharpness,using the multi-sphere combined particle modeling method.The discrete element method was utilized to simulate and analyze the influence of different complex shapes of feed particles on the looseness and penetration during the screening process,with the screen endowed with the combined vibration form of translational and oscillating.The results indicate that the curve trend of the relationship among the looseness,sieving degree and screening time of different feed particles is consistent;however,it has a significant impact on the value of porosity and sieve penetration.The particles b,g,e and spherical particles built in this paper exhibit poor loosening effect and low sieve penetration.Therefore,this study provides valuable guidance for future research on the influence of particle shape on screening looseness and penetrating.
