摘　　要：围绕宽带网络运营遇到的问题,论述了宽带数字化运营体系的构想,并从端、网、业、服的角度提出了具体的实现路径。该体系与生产紧密结合,注重网业、网服协同,取得了一定的实践效果,也为宽带网络运营后续的自动化、智能化奠定了方法基础、数据基础和系统基础。Around the problems encountered in broadband network operation,it discusses the concept of a digital broadband operation system,and specific implementation paths are proposed from the perspectives of terminal,network,business and service.The system is closely integrated with production,emphasizes the coordination between network and business,network and service,and has achieved certain practical effects.It also lays a methodological,data and system foundation for the subsequent automation and intelligence of broadband network operation.
