经方辨治小儿与青春期妇科疾病临证撷要

摘　　要：小儿与青春期妇科常见疾病有外阴阴道炎和月经病等,经方治疗效果确切。女童外阴阴道炎,属水热互结、下焦湿热者,应选用猪苓汤;女童情感交叉擦腿综合征,属肝经郁热、痰火扰神者,选用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤;青春期原发性痛经,属冲任虚寒、瘀阻胞宫者,选用温经汤;青春期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血,属冲任虚损、经血不固者,选用胶艾汤。临证时当求方证对应,结合患者具体情况灵活化裁,以提高临床疗效。The common gynecological diseases in pediatrics and adolescents include vulvovaginitis and menstrual disease,etc.,and the treatment with classical prescriptions is effective.Zhuling decoction should be chosen for the girls with vulvovaginitis,which is caused by water⁃heat interconnection and damp⁃heat in lower energizer.Chaihu plus dragon bone oyster decoction should be chosen for the girls with emotional cross⁃rubbing leg syndrome,which is caused by heat in the liver meridian and phlegm⁃fire disturbing the mind.Wenjing decoction should be chosen for the adolescent primary dysmenorrhea,which is caused by deficiency cold in Chong⁃Ren meridian and stasis of the uterus.Jiaoai decoction should be chosen for the adolescent ovulation disorder with abnormal uterine bleeding,which is caused by Chong⁃Ren deficiency damage and menitrual blood instability.In order to improve the clinical efficacy,the prescriptions should be adapted according to the specific diseases of the patients.
