摘　　要：6 min步行试验是一种简便经济的运动测试方式,其临床应用范围逐渐扩大,不再局限于评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病和心力衰竭患者的心肺功能,对于特发性肺纤维化患者的病情评估、治疗指导及预后预测等也同样越来越适用。本文对6 min步行试验在特发性肺纤维化患者中的应用作一综述,旨在为临床合理应用提供依据。The 6 min walk test is a simple and economical exercise test method,whose clinical application scope is gradually expanding.It is no longer limited to assessing the cardiopulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart failure,but is also increasingly applicable in the disease assessment,treatment guidance and prognosis prediction of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.This article reviews the application of the 6 min walk test in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and aims to provide a basis for its clinical use.
