摘  要:近年来,猪流行性腹泻(porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED)给我国畜牧业造成了严重的经济损失。随着人们对猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)研究的深入,其致病机制也逐渐被揭晓,即PEDV进入宿主体内通过抑制干扰素的表达和诱导小肠细胞凋亡等机制对宿主产生严重影响。文章综述了PEDV蛋白组成及其对肠黏膜屏障和细胞影响的分子机制,以期为PED科学防控提供参考。In recent years,porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)has caused serious economic loss to animal husbandry in China.With the deepening of researches on PEDV,its pathogenic mechanism has been gradually revealed,that is,PEDV inhibits the expression of interferon and induces apoptosis of some cells in small intestine after entering the host,which has a serious impact on the host.In this paper,the protein composition and structure of PEDV and the molecular mechanism of its effect on intestinal mucosal barrier and cells were reviewed,in order to provide reference for scientific PED prevention and control.
