摘 要:为了改善冬季寒冷气候下家禽舍内部环境质量和保温问题,试验设计了一套蛋鸡舍内循环式环境调控系统,该系统主要由内循环调控装置、排风管、进风管、通风孔组成;通过改变进风管通风孔的直径、数量和进风管入口风速,用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)仿真软件对蛋鸡舍内部的气流进行模拟,分析经管道流出的气流在蛋鸡舍中的分布情况;将CFD模拟值与实测值进行对比验证仿真结果的准确性。结果表明:CFD模拟值与实测值风速的平均相对误差为12.42%,平均绝对误差为0.07 m/s;通风孔直径为47 mm、数量为32个时进行环境调控最适宜,且入口风速为4 m/s时,舒适区(0.1 m/s<舍内风速<0.8 m/s)面积占比为82.21%,平均风速为0.52 m/s。说明试验设计的家禽舍内循环式环境调控装置及管道的布置有利于改善冬季气候条件下家禽舍内环境质量和保温问题,同时也保证了气流分布的均匀性。In order to improve the internal environmental quality and thermal insulation of the poultry house in cold winter climate,an internal circulation environmental control system was installed in the laying hen house in the experiment.The system mainly consisted of internal circulation control devices,exhou ducts,ducts and ventilation holes.By changing the diameter and number of ventilation holes on the air inlet pipe and the inlet wind speed of the air inlet pipe,and the CFD simulation software for computational fluid dynamics was used to simulate the airflow inside the laying hen house.The distribution of the airflow through the pipe was analyzed in the poultry house.The measured values were compared with the simulated values CFD and the accuracy of simulation results was verified.The results showed that the average relative error of the wind speed between the measured and CFD values was 12.42%,and the average absolute error was 0.07 m/s.When the diameter of ventilation holes was 47 mm and the number of ventilation holes was 32,environmental regulation was the most appropriate.At this time,the inlet wind speed was 4 m/s;the area of the comfort zone(0.1 m/s<wind speed in the laying hen house<0.8 m/s)accounted for 82.21%,and the average speed was 0.52 m/s.The results indicated that the internal circulation environmental control system and the pipes designed in this study were conductive to improve the environmental control and thermal insulation of poultry houses in winter climate,and also ensure the uniformity of air distribution.
