摘  要:为解决团队前期研发的煤矿巷道掘进护盾式临时支护装置存在构件重量大、运输装拆难等问题,采用模块化设计基于特征度给定了经济性、工艺性及可维护性3种模块细化方案,可满足不同地质环境不同巷道搬运、装卸需求;提出将“熵权法+模糊数学+变权理论”相结合的变权模糊综合评价方法,可根据不同巷道环境不同侧重需求,评价选择装置模块化最优方案;从模块化需求分析,建立模块化方案评价指标体系,构建了基于变权模糊综合评价法的临时支护装置模块化方案评价模型,结合某煤矿实际条件验证评价方法的合理性和可行性。结果表明:通过变权模糊综合评价模型评价选择的模块化最优方案适用地质条件与该煤矿实际地质条件相符,模块化设计后的装置装配空间、最大零部件重量及最大零部件尺寸均实现了优化,提高了装置运输与装配的便捷性和高效性,证明了评价方法的赋权指标权重合理,变权模糊综合评价模型准确可用,为煤矿设备设计先期模块化决策提供一定的参考与指导意义。In order to solve the problems of heavy weight and difficult transportation and disassembly of the shield temporary support device for coal mine roadway excavation developed by the team in the early stage,the modular design was adopted to put forward three types of module detailed schemes of economy,technology and maintainability based on the characteristic degree,which can meet the different transportation and loading and unloading needs of different geological environments and roadways.A variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining entropy weighting method,fuzzy mathematics and variable weight theory was proposed to evaluate and select the optimal modularization scheme according to different demands and emphasis on different roadway environments.From the analysis of modularization demands,a modularization scheme evaluation index system was established,and a temporary support device modularization scheme evaluation model based on variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was constructed,with the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation method confirmed by combining with the actual conditions of a coal mine.The results show:The applicable geological conditions of the modularization optimal scheme selected by the variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is suitable for the geological conditions of the coal mine,and the assembly space,maximum weight and maximum size of the device by the modular design are optimized,which improves the convenience and efficiency of transportation and assembly of the device,indicating the rationality of the weighting index and the accuracy and applicability of the variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The results provide a certain reference and guidance for the early modular decision-making in coal mine equipment design.
