摘 要:在200L反应釜中,以盐酸为催化剂、水解液中木糖的浓度(w/V)和木糖占可溶性物质的百分含量(%)为指标,采用单因素法和正交试验法考察反应温度、盐酸浓度(w/w)、固液比对甘蔗渣水解效率的影响,获得了甘蔗渣水解制备木糖的最佳工艺条件,同时建立了盐酸催化甘蔗渣水解制备木糖的动力学模型,经过拟合计算得到木糖的生成反应表观活化能为46.03 kJ/mol,木糖降解反应的表观活化能34.58 kJ/mol,引入修正的反应速率常数表达式,对不同酸浓度下木糖质量浓度曲线进行拟合,得到木糖生成反应的修正指前因子为1.087×10^(5),木糖降解反应的修正指前因子为2.139×10^(2)。Sugarcane bagasse hydrolysis was conducted in 200 L reactor catalyzed by dilute hydrochloric acid,the mass concentration(w/V)of xylose and the percentage of xylose in soluble substance was used as the index.The effects of reaction temperature,acid concentration(w/w)and solid-liquid ratio on bagasse hydrolysis efficiency were investigated by methods of single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,respectively,and the kinetic model of xylose preparation from bagasse catalyzed by dilute hydrochloric acid was established.The activation energy of xylose formation reaction was 46.03 kJ/mol,while xylose degradation reaction was 34.58 kJ/mol.The modified reaction rate constant expression was introduced to fit xylose mass concentration change trend under different acid concentration.The pre-exponential factor of xylose formation reaction and xylose degradation reaction were calculated to be 1.087×10^(5) and 2.139×10^(2),respectively.
