摘 要:从离子液体用作纤维素溶剂的优势出发,介绍了已工业化的离子液体纤维素材料项目,详细综述了离子液体用于再生纤维素纤维、再生纤维素膜和纤维素复合材料的工业化进展,比较了1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、四丁基醋酸铵等离子液体在工业上使用的可行性,分析了溶剂用离子液体工艺上的难点并提出优化对策,最后展望了纤维素溶剂用离子液体的发展。Based on the advantages of ionic liquids used as cellulose solvent,the industrialized projects of ionic liquid cellulose materials were introduced,the industrialization progress of ionic liquids used for regenerated cellulose fibers,regenerated cellulose membranes and cellulose composites was reviewed in detail.The feasibility of industrial application of ionic liquids such as 1-neneneba allyl 3-methylimidazole chloride,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole acetate and tetrabutyl ammonium acetate was compared,the difficulties in the process of using ionic liquids for solvents was analyzed and the optimization strategies was proposed.Finally,the development of ionic liquids used in cellulose solvents was prospected.
