摘  要:为提高盾构机刀盘面板结构的承载能力,提出了一种考虑应力约束的高比刚度结构拓扑优化方法。首先,将多孔面板结构的开口率和强度作为约束条件,采用p范数将所有单元的局部应力凝聚为一个全局应力约束,限制多孔面板结构的最大全局应力,并以多孔面板结构的全局刚度最大化为优化目标,构建考虑最大全局应力的多约束拓扑优化模型;其次,通过移动渐近线优化算法求解该模型,获得多孔面板结构的优化拓扑构型;然后,采用水平集方法提取优化构型的清晰拓扑边界,并通过几何重构获取多孔面板结构模型;最后,以某型盾构机为例,设计了多孔面板结构,并开展了静力学有限元仿真分析。仿真结果表明:在相同开口率条件下,相较于原有结构,所设计多孔面板结构的刚度和强度分别提升了7%和19.8%,承载能力得到了显著提高。所提出的方法能有效应用于盾构机面板结构的拓扑重构设计,丰富了盾构机刀盘面板结构的设计理论。To improve load-bearing capacity of cutterhead panels of shield machines,a stress constraint-based topology optimization method for the structure with a high specific stiffness was proposed.Firstly,the open ratio and strength were regarded as constraints,p-norm was used to condense the local stress of all elements into a global stress constraint to limit the maximum global stress of porous panels.The maximum global stiffness of the panels was regarded as the optimization objective.A multi-constraint topology optimization model with the maximum global stress was built.Next,the method of moving asymptotes was applied to solve the model to obtain the optimized topology configuration of the panels.Then,the crisp boundary of the optimized configuration was extracted by the level set method,and the configuration was modeled by geometric reconstruction method.Finally,the porous panel of a certain shield machine was designed,and a static finite element analysis was performed on the panel.The results showed that compared with the existing panel,the designed panel with the same open ratio had higher stiffness and strength,which were improved by 7%and 19.8%respectively.The proposed method can be effectively applied in topological reconstruction design of cutterhead panels of shield machines and can enrich the design theory of the panels.
