摘 要:以高纯Al、Cu、Mg金属块为原料,采用氩气雾化制粉工艺制备了Al_(6)CuMg_(4)准晶合金粉末。采用XRD、SEM、TEM等对合金粉末的形貌及组织结构进行了研究。检测结果表明,制备的Al_(6)CuMg_(4)准晶合金粉末呈球形态形貌,粒径在几微米到十几微米之间;通过TEM观察到Al_(6)CuMg_(4)准晶的二次、三次及五次特征衍射谱;除Al_(6)CuMg_(4)准晶相,XRD检测结果发现合金粉末中还含有Al_(6)CuMg_(4)准晶相似相、Mg_(32)Al_(47)Cu_(7)准晶相似相及部分非晶相;Al_(6)CuMg_(4)准晶的稳定性较差,其组织相在加热过程中会转变为Mg_(32)Al_(47)Cu_(7)准晶相似相。另外,在Mg_(32)Al_(47)Cu_(7)准晶相似相中有位相畴的存在。The Al-Cu-Mg quasicrystal powder were prepared with highly purified Al,Cu and Mg by argon atomization process and it was studied by XRD,SEM and TEM.The results show that Al_(6)CuMg_(4) quasicrystal powder is spherical in shape,ranging in size from a few microns to over ten microns.What's more,there are two-fold axis,threefold axis and five-fold axis diffraction pattern of Al_(6)CuMg_(4) quasicrystal in TEM.And more quasicrystal approximants,such as Al_(6)CuMg_(4) and Mg_(32)Al_(47)Cu_(7),and amorphous phases are also observed.With temperature increasing,Al_(6)CuMg_(4) quasicrystal is unstable and easily transformed into Mg_(32)Al_(47)Cu_(7) quasicrystal approximants.The phase domain exists in quasicrystal approximants.
