湘钢四高炉风口破损原因探讨及对策

摘　　要：湘钢四高炉大修开炉半年后,风口破损频繁。文章对湘钢四高炉风口破损状况及原因进行了分析,着重阐述了应对风口破损的对策。统计数据表明,湘钢四高炉风口破损的主要原因有:一是下部炉缸活跃性变差导致的渣铁熔损(占比55.36%),二是渣皮不稳脱落对风口上部磨损(占比35.71%)。对此,通过缩小风口面积、提高鼓风动能、改善煤气流的分布,同时提高热制度基础、稳定渣铁成分、活跃炉缸状态,湘钢四高炉风口频繁破损的状况得到有效遏制。Six months after the overhaul of 4~#BF of Xiangtan Steel,the tuyere frequently damaged.This article analyzes the situation and causes for the tuyere damage and emphasizes the countermeasures for the damage.Statistical data shows that the main reasons for the damage are as follows:firstly,the melting loss of slag and iron caused by the decreased activity of the lower hearth(accounting for 55.36%),and secondly,the unstable detachment of slag skin causes wear on the upper part of the tuyere(accounting for 35.71%).In this regard,by reducing the area of the tuyere,increasing the kinetic energy of the blast,improving the distribution of gas flow,improving the thermal system foundation,stabilizing the slag iron composition,and activating the state of the furnace hearth,the frequent damage of the tuyere of the 4~#BF at Xiangtan Steel has been effectively curbed.
