摘　　要：无缝钢管以钢坯为原材料,经过加热、轧制、再加热、穿管、酸洗、切定尺等一系列工序后加工成客户要求的成品。热轧后的钢材性能、钢材内部缺陷、表面质量是无缝钢管加工的关键指标,对后续穿管工序的顺利进行及钢管质量起到决定性作用。本文采用螺纹钢生产线生产20^(#)钢,经过工艺优化制备符合无缝钢管用20^(#)钢。热顶锻试验是检测钢材质量合格率的重要手段,通过对钢材热顶锻性能分析可知本次生产的20^(#)钢性能优异,能够满足下游用户的需求。In seamless steel pipe production,billets are used as raw material.And after heating,rolling,reheating,pipe piercing,pickling and sizing,they are processed into the customer needed products.The steel properties,inner quality and surface quality after hot rolling are the key indexes for seamless steel pipe processing,because they decide whether the pipe piercing will go well and the pipe quality will be good.In this article,a rebar production line was used to produce 20^(#)steel.And 20^(#)steel for seamless steel pipe was prepared after process optimization.Since hot upset forging test is an important means to detect the quality qualification rate of steel,it was done on the produced 20^(#)steel.And the results show that the steel performance is good and it can meet the needs of downstream users.
