中天钢铁料场垫底杂料回收利用的生产实践

摘　　要：中天钢铁特钢烧结厂180料场和550料场混匀料,在取消造堆后场地堆放有大量混合料和钢渣作为垫底杂料,成为了呆滞物资。将混合杂料用作烧结原料持续利用,可降低烧结配矿成本,同时也可优化物料场地,为公司技改项目提供便利。本文对垫底的混合杂料进行研究、分析,制定方案,通过制造创新铲车筛料装备进行一次粗筛、过滤改进进行二次中筛、筛分设备改造进行三次细筛以及配料系统设备改造、工艺优化等一系列方案,最终对全部混合杂料进行了回收稳定配用,实现了场地优化再利用以及降低配矿成本为公司降本增效的双重目的。At the 180 and 550 stock yards of Zenith Steel,a large amount of mixed materials and steel slag as bottom miscellaneous materials became stagnant materials after cancellation of stacking there.To use them as sintering raw materials can reduce the cost of sintering ore blending,optimize the material site,and provide convenience for the company's technical renovation projects.This article conducted research and analysis on the bottom miscellaneous materials,developed plans,and implemented a series of production practices.It conducted a rough screening by manufacturing innovative forklift screening equipment,a secondary screening through filtration improvement and the third fine screening through the transformation of screening equipment.With all these measures as well as a series of production practices such as equipment renovation of the batching system and process optimization,it ultimately recycled all mixed miscellaneous materials.The dual goals of optimizing the reuse of the site and reducing the cost of ore blending have been achieved for the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
