摘 要:为探究适合玛瑙省藤材的热处理条件,以饱和水蒸气做介质,选择150、170、190℃的温度条件和1、2、3 h的时间条件对试样进行热处理,测试热处理后藤材材色、化学成分、尺寸稳定性等的变化。结果表明:热处理后的玛瑙省藤材材色有明显改变,随着热处理时间的延长与处理温度的上升,玛瑙省藤材材色逐渐加深;热处理后玛瑙省藤材的化学成分含量发生明显改变,随着热处理温度的上升,纤维素含量占比逐渐增加,棕纤维素含量占比逐渐减小,苯醇抽提物含量占比在170℃以下逐渐减小、但在190℃时占比明显增加;经热处理后玛瑙省藤材的尺寸稳定性明显提升,且处理温度较处理时间为主要调控因素。由此可见,以饱和水蒸气做介质对玛瑙省藤材进行热处理是切实可行的,通过调控热处理温度和时间可提升玛瑙省藤材的尺寸稳定性,并可得到不同色彩梯度的玛瑙省藤材,可为玛瑙省藤材的加工与应用提供技术支持和理论依据。In order to explore the thermal treatment conditions suitable for Calamus manan,the changes in color,chemical composition and dimensional stability of rattan after thermal treatment are tested by selecting the temperature conditions of 150℃,170℃,190℃and the time conditions of 1 h,2 h and 3 h for thermal treatment,with saturated water vapor used as the medium.The results show that the color of C.manan changes significantly after thermal treatment,and gradually deepens with the increase of thermal treatment time and temperature.After thermal treatment,the chemical composition of C.manan also significantly changes.With the increase of thermal treatment temperature,the proportion of cellulose content gradually climbs,the proportion of brown cellulose content decreases,and the proportion of phenyl alcohol extract gradually decreases but goes up at 190℃.After thermal treatment,the dimensional stability of C.manan is significantly improved,with the treatment temperature as the main regulatory factor.It is feasible to thermal treat C.manan with saturated water vapor,and regulating thermal treatment temperature and time can improve the dimensional stability of C.manan,and obtain C.manan of different color gradients.The study provides technology support and theoretical basis for the processing and application of C.manan.
