摘  要:文章通过计算流体力学(CFD)方法对列管式固定床反应器熔盐进口环形分布器入口结构、导流板设置、环形流道开孔进行优化计算,考察环形流道内的速度、静压以及出口流量分配,保证出口流量均匀。通过计算对入口进行倒圆弧半径500 mm,以及入口设置导流板,改善进口环道流量均匀性。导流板的设置有效避免了流体垂直冲刷进入通道,起到导流作用,使流体较均匀的进行分流,有效减少了高速流。为了进一步提高流量均匀性,进出口环形流道开等距不同高度的矩形口,并在各矩形口部位设置阻力相同的多孔板保证流量均匀。通过对矩形口高度进行调整,最终达到设计要求。In this paper,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to optimize the inlet structure of the circle distributor at the molten salt inlet of multitubular fixed bed reactor,the setting of the deflector,and the opening of the annular flow channel.The velocity,static pressure,and outlet flow distribution in the annular flow channel are investigated to ensure that the outlet flow is uniform.The flow uniformity of the inlet loop can be improved by calculating the inverted arc radius of 500 mm at the inlet and setting the deflector at the inlet.The setting of the deflector effectively avoids the vertical scour of the fluid into the channel,plays a guiding role,makes the fluid flow more evenly,and effectively reduces the high-speed flow.In order to further improve the flow uniformity,the inlet and outlet annular flow channels are provided with rectangular ports with equal distance and different heights,and small orifice plates with the same resistance are provided at rectangular ports to ensure the flow uniformity.The height of the rectangular opening is adjusted to meet the design requirements.
