摘　　要：结合目前行业现状及需求,设计出一种能对PCBA板缺陷进行判断并分拣出缺陷板的分拣系统,系统包括PLC控制单元、检测单元、分拣单元、人机交互单元和上位机监控单元^([1])。给出系统总体和各重要部分的设计方案及框图,利用图像处理技术实现PCBA板的缺陷检测,应用PLC控制技术实现系统的自动运行,提高生产效率。实验结果表明系统能够满足设计需求,实现PCBA板的检测及分拣,具有较高的应用价值。Combined with the current situation and demand of the industry,a kind of sorting system which could judge the defects of PCBA board and sort out the defective board is designed.The system included PLC control unit,detection unit,sorting unit,human-computer interaction unit and upper computer monitoring unit.The design scheme and block diagram of the whole system and important parts were given.The defect detection of PCBA board was realized by using image processing technology.The automatic operation of the system was realized by using PLC control technology to improve production efficiency.The experimental results showed that the system could meet the design requirements,realize the detection and sorting of PCBA board,and had high application value.
