摘 要:国外某油田在注水采油过程中,由于注水站出站压力不合理,导致注水系统的泵管压差过大、能耗损失严重,并且注水管网远端存在压力不足的区域,影响了开发方案要求的配注量及油田产量。通过对整个注水系统的模拟分析,验证了3块低压欠注区的存在及其位置区域,并采用泵减级的方式有效降低了泵管压差,同时新建若干条注水干、支线,有效解决了低压欠注区域的欠注问题,平衡了水量和压力,降低了能耗,大大提高了该油田注水系统的效率。In the process of water injection development in a foreign oilfield,due to the unreasonable outlet pressure of the water injection station,the pressure difference of the pumping pipe of the water injection system is too large,the energy loss is serious.What s more,there is a region with insufficient pressure at the far end of the water injection pipe network,which affects the amounts of water injection and oilfield production required by the development plan.Through the simulation analysis of the whole water injection system,3 zones of lower pressure are located,and the pumping pressure difference is effectively reduced by means of disassembling the impeller.In addition,several main and branch lines of water injection are newly built,and the problem of water deficiency is solved in the low-pressure area,the water content and pressures are balanced,the work efficiency of water injection system are greatly improved.
