李东垣基于“胃气升发”论探讨多囊卵巢综合征病机证治

摘　　要：金代名医李东垣提出的“胃气升发”论可用以阐述多囊卵巢综合征的病机变化。因此本文试总结“胃气升发”论,探讨多囊卵巢综合征病机和治疗方法。基于“胃气升发”论分析可知,多囊卵巢综合征基本病机为胃气升发失常,兼有肝气郁滞、肾精气虚、阴火上冲、痰湿内盛。治疗多囊卵巢综合征时以升发胃气为首要治法,根据具体病证选用理气升发、补中益气、甘温除热、益胃除湿等法。“胃气升发”论为临床诊治多囊卵巢综合征提供了新的思路,值得进一步挖掘探讨。The theory of“rising of stomach qi”put forward by Li Dongyuan,a famous doctor of the Jin Dynasty,can be used to explain the pathological changes in polycystic ovary syndrome.Therefore,this paper tries to summarize the theory of“rising of stomach qi”and discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Based on the analysis of the theory of“rising of stomach qi”,it can be seen that the basic pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is a malfunction of the rising of stomach qi,combined with liver qi stagnation,kidney essence qi deficiency,yin fire flaming upward and phlegm-dampness abundance inside.In the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,the primary treatment method is to rise the stomach qi,and according to the specific symptoms of the disease,methods such as regulating the rise of qi,tonifying the middle and benefiting the qi,removing heat with sweet-warm natured medicine,and benefiting the stomach to remove dampness are used.The theory of“rising of stomach qi”provides a new way of thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and it is worth further exploration.
