摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出共混造粒制备了硅灰石和太酸钾晶须增强的PET复合材料,对比研究了两种晶须对PET热性能和力学性能的影响,分析了增韧剂对硅灰石晶须增强PET热性能和力学性能的改性作用。结果发现,添加硅灰石和钛酸钾晶须都能够明显提升PET的玻璃化转变温度,并且对PET的拉伸强度、弯曲模量和硬度也都有明显的提升作用,但会造成材料塑性和冲击强度的大幅降低;与硅灰石相比,添加钛酸钾晶须对PET强度和弯曲模量的改善效果更加明显,但所致的材料塑性和冲击强度降低也更大。添加增韧剂能够有效提升硅灰石增强PET的抗冲击强度,但对材料的硬度及热性能如玻璃化转变温度、熔点及结晶温度等不会产生明显影响。PET composites reinforced with Wollastonite and potassium titanate whiskers were prepared by twin-screw extruder.In this paper,the effects of two kinds of whiskers on the thermal and mechanical properties of PET were compared,and the modification effect of tougheners on the thermal and mechanical properties of Wollastonite whiskers reinforced PET was analyzed.The results showed that the addition of Wollastonite and potassium titanate wh iskers could significantly increase the glass transition temperature of PET,and also significantly improve the tensile strength,flexural modulus and hardness of PET,but could significantly reduce the plasticity and impact strength of the material;Compared with Wollastonite,the addition of potassium titanate whiskers can significantly improve the strength and flexural modulus of PET,but it will reduce the plasticity and impact strength of the material.The addition of toughening agent can effectively improve the impact strength of Wollastonite reinforced PET,but has no significant impact on the hardness and thermal properties of the material,such as glass transition temperature,melting point and crystallization temperature.
