摘 要:胎面挤出联动线是轮胎制造的主要设备,拾取是胎面挤出联动线的最后一环,目前国内轮胎制造企业在胎面拾取方面都是依靠人力完成,不仅浪费人力资源,也影响了胎面的质量。针对上述问题,公司联合南京龙贞自动化装备技术有限公司,通过模拟人工手动拾取胎面动作,研制了胎面自动拾取装置,自投入使用后,在质量、产能及人员负荷等方面均有显著提升,获得了良好的经济效益。The tread extrusion linkage line is the main equipment in tire manufacturing,and the pick-up is the last link of the tread extrusion linkage line.At present,domestic tire manufacturing enterprises rely on manpower to pick up the tread,which not only wastes human resources but also affects the quality of the tread.In response to the above issues,the company,in collaboration with Nanjing Longzhen Automation Equipment Technology Company,developed an automatic tread pick-up device by simulating manual tread pick-up actions.After being put into use,there has been a significant improvement in quality,production capacity,and personnel load,achieving good economic benefits.
