摘　　要：手法淋巴引流以独特、精确、轻柔的手法和良好的效果,成为预防恶性肿瘤病人术后淋巴水肿的重要手段。对手法淋巴引流在不同部位的应用方法、影响因素及注意事项等进行综述,总结其不足并提出展望,为预防淋巴水肿制定规范化、个性化的方案提供参考。Manual lymphatic drainage has become an important means to prevent postoperative lymphedema in patients with malignant tumors because of its unique,accurate,gentle technique and good effect.This article summarized the application methods,influencing factors and matters needing attention of manual lymphatic drainage in different parts of the body,summed up its shortcomings and put forward the prospect,so as to provide reference for formulating standardized and personalized plans for preventing lymphedema.
