摘　　要：目的:探讨中医症状群管理模式在消化道肿瘤病人中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年9月安徽医科大学第一附属医院中西医结合肿瘤科收治的114例消化道肿瘤病人为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各57例。对照组实施肿瘤科常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施中医症状群管理。采用汉化版安德森症状评估量表和中文版癌症生命质量测定量表在治疗5周前后分别对两组病人进行效果评价。结果:试验组病人干预后的消化道症状群、情绪症状群、疼痛症状群得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组病人干预后的生命质量各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医症状群管理模式可有效缓解消化道肿瘤病人不适症状,提高病人生命质量。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM symptom group management mode in patients with digestive tract tumors.Methods:A total of 114 patients with digestive tract tumors admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Oncology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from February 2019 to September 2021 were selected as study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group with 57 patients in each group according to random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing in oncology department,and the patients in experimental group were treated with TCM symptom group management based on the control group.The Chinese version of Anderson Symptom Assessment Scale and the Chinese version of Cancer Patient Quality of Life Scale Cancer Quality of Life Scale were used to evaluate the effects of the two groups of patients before and after 5 weeks of treatment.Results:The scores of digestive tract symptom group,emotional symptom group and pain symptom group of experimental group were lower than those of control group after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in experimental group were higher than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine symptom group management model can effectively relieve the symptoms of digestive tract tumors patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
