摘 要:物联网作为一种新型虚拟网络,通过运用多种接入技术实现车间内各种生产设备之间的互通互联,为制造业的信息化管理与智能化发展提供了技术支持。各种信息管理系统的应用解决了生产车间的数据管理问题,但制造过程中的数据采集和信息挖掘仍存在很多不足。基于此,分析制造过程中的网络感知、网络通信、数据挖掘等关键技术,研究数据采集与信息挖掘技术的逻辑架构和应用场景,并提出一种应用于制造行业的数据采集系统架构和数据挖掘的关联规则。The Internet of Things,as a new type of virtual network,utilizes various access technologies to achieve interconnectivity between various production equipment in the workshop,providing technical support for the information management and intelligent development of the manufacturing industry.The application of various information management systems has solved the problem of data management in production workshops,but there are still many shortcomings in data collection and information mining during the manufacturing process.Based on this,analyze key technologies such as network awareness,network communication,and data mining in the manufacturing process,study the logical architecture and application scenarios of data collection and information mining technology,and propose a data collection system architecture and association rules for data mining applied in the manufacturing industry.
