摘  要:为探索减氧空气泡沫驱在非均质页岩油藏的最佳注入参数,优化方案设计,在页岩油藏储层特征和原油渗流特性研究的基础上,通过数值模拟研究了减氧空气泡沫驱注入方式、注入量、泡沫液浓度、气液比、注入速度、注采比等参数对提高采收率的效果,并建立了各参数下的采收率增量综合预测模型,分析了各参数的敏感性。结果表明:页岩油藏合理的注入方式为气液同注,注入量0.30 PV,泡沫液浓度0.5%,气液比1∶1,注入速度25 m3/d,注采比1.05时采收率提高幅度最大。采收率增量与泡沫液浓度有较强正相关性,与注采比整体呈正相关性,与气液比及注入速度整体呈负相关性。该系统分析和预测了各参数下的采收率增量,对同类油藏减氧空气泡沫驱提高采收率具有指导意义。In order to explore the optimal injection parameters of deoxidized air foam flooding in heterogeneous shale reservoirs and optimize the design of the scheme,based on the study of shale reservoir characteristics and crude oil seepage characteristics,the effects of deoxidized air foam flooding parameters such as injection mode,injection volume,foam liquid concentration,gas-liquid ratio,injection rate,injection production ratio,etc.on enhancing oil recovery were studied through numerical simulation,and a comprehensive prediction model of oil recovery increment under each parameter was established.The sensitivity of each parameter was analyzed.The results show that the reasonable injection mode of shale oil reservoir is gas-liquid simultaneous injection,with injection volume of 0.30 PV,foam liquid concentration of 0.5%,gas-liquid ratio of 1∶1,injection rate of 25 m3/d and injection production ratio of 1.05.There is a strong positive correlation between oil recovery increment and foam liquid concentration,a positive correlation with injection production ratio as a whole,and a negative correlation with gas-liquid ratio and injection rate as a whole.The system analyzes and predicts the incremental oil recovery under various parameters,which has guiding significance for improving oil recovery by deoxidized air foam flooding in similar reservoirs.
