摘  要:YH7井所在区域地层煤层发育丰富,煤层易垮塌失稳,邻井钻井作业过程中出现了较多的阻卡情况。针对煤层井壁稳定,提出了微纳米封堵技术和反渗透抑制技术,通过使用微纳米封堵材料加强煤层、泥岩微裂隙封堵和提高膜效率,使用键合剂控制活度减少自由水迁移和加强抑制性,形成了YH7井钻井液煤层井壁稳定和储层保护技术。通过现场应用,降低了钻井液密度、井径规则井壁稳定、滤液表面张力低、润滑性好,避台3 d井壁稳定、钻井液性能稳定,钻井复杂情况大幅度减少,显著提高了钻井时效。The strata in the area where well YH7 is located are rich in coal seam development,and the coal seam is prone to collapse and instability.There are many blockage and sticking in the process of adjacent well drilling.Aiming at the stability of coal seam wall,micro-nano sealing technology and reverse osmosis suppression technology are put forward.Micro-nano sealing materials are used to strengthen the sealing of micro-cracks in coal seam and mudstone and improve the membrane efficiency,and bonding agents are used to control the activity to reduce the free water migration and strengthen the inhibition,forming the technology of coal seam wall stability and reservoir protection for drilling fluid of YH7 well.Through field application,reduced drilling fluid density,borehole stability with regular diameter,low surface tension of filtrate,good lubricity,stable borehole wall for 3 days,stable drilling fluid performance,greatly reduce the complexity of drilling,and significantly improve the drilling time.
