摘  要:针对陕北油田某撬装注水站采出污水回注处理加药管线堵塞、处理后水质不达标问题,通过系统分析水质和各水处理单元的处理效果,发现主要原因在于水处理药剂加量及加药工艺不合理、各水处理单元的设备运行制度不科学、不规范。采用优化水处理药剂加量、优化加药工艺和优化设备运行制度等措施,采出污水回注处理装置持续稳定运行,处理后水的各项指标能满足地层平均空气渗透率≤0.01μm^(2)的回注要求。In view of the blockage of the dosing pipeline for reinjection treatment of produced wastewater and substandard water quality from a skid mounted water injection station in northern Shaanxi oilfield,through systematic analysis of the water quality and the treatment effect of each water treatment unit,it is found that the main reasons are unreasonable water treatment agent dosage and dosing process,and unscientific and non-standard equipment operation system of each water treatment unit.By adopting measures such as optimizing the dosage of water treatment agents,optimizing the dosing process and optimizing the equipment operation system,the produced wastewater reinjection treatment device has been operating continuously and stably.The indicators of the treated water can meet the reinjection requirements of formation with average air permeability≤0.01μm^(2).
