摘  要:本文考察了甲醇与汽油的互溶性,甲醇与汽油的互溶性与汽油组成、温度及含水率密切相关。选择中碳醇和高碳醇作为甲醇汽油的助溶剂,进行了助溶剂的筛选和复配,确定了助溶剂配方。结果表明,两种助溶剂复配的效果要优于单独使用一种助溶剂,所研制的助溶剂具有良好的助溶效果,可有效降低甲醇与汽油的临界互溶温度,使用该助溶剂的甲醇汽油,低温抗相分离性能和遇水抗相分离性能优异。In this article,the intersolubility of methanol and gasoline fuel were researched.The mutual solubility of methanol and gasoline is closely related to the composition,temperature and water content of gasoline.Medium carbon alcohol and high carbon alcohol were selected as the solubilizer of methanol gasoline,the solubilizers were screened and compounded,and the solubilizer formula was determined.The results show that the effect of the combination of two solubilizers is better than that of using one solubilizer alone.The developed solubilizer has good solubilizing effect,which can effectively reduce the critical miscibility temperature of methanol and gasoline.The methanol gasoline using this solubilizer has excellent phase separation resistance at low temperature and phase separation resistance in water.
