摘　　要：油田双驴头抽油机在运行过程中的故障类型有抽油机异常声响、异常振动等,日常操作时存在高处坠落风险、操作工具落后、操作规程不规范等问题。从本质安全角度,针对其结构部位进行风险分析,在安全技术、人员操作、安全管理等方面提出建议,探求降低双驴头抽油机各部件风险等级的有效措施,以提升油田双驴头抽油机安全风险管理水平,从而降低设备自身风险等级,为油田企业安全生产提供保障。The faults of dual horsehead pumping unit in the oilfield include abnormal sound and vibration of pumping unit.There are some problems in daily operation,such as high fall risk,backward operation tools,and non-standard operation procedures.From the perspective of intrinsic safety,risk analysis is conducted for its structural parts.This paper puts forward the proposal from the aspects of safety technology,personnel operation and safety management.It explores the effective measures to reduce the risk level of various components of the dual horsehead pumping unit so as to improve the safety risk management level and reduce the risk level of the device itself.This provides guarantee for the safe production of oilfield enterprises.
