摘　　要：介绍并分析了燃气加热炉的安全性,以及现阶段国内燃气加热炉配火焰监测和熄火保护措施的技术特点。国家应急管理部由此颁发的相关整改要求:对运行的燃气加热炉和导热油炉增设火焰监测和熄火保护设置。针对国内现役运行的燃气加热炉的不同情况,提出了不同的技术改造路线:单台燃烧器的燃气加热炉可设置光学火焰检测器和相应的联锁措施;燃烧器数量为2台或3台的燃气加热炉设置光学火焰监测器和相应的熄火保护措施;燃烧器数量≥4台的燃气加热炉,可设计带火焰报警功能的工业电视及相应的熄火保护措施。This paper introduces and analyzes the safety of gas-fired heaters and the technical characteristics of flame monitoring and flameout protection in China at present.Relevant rectification requirements issued by the national Ministry of Emergency Management include adding flame monitoring and flameout protection settings for the operating gas-fired heaters and heaters with heat-transfer oil.Different technical transformation routes are put forward according to the different conditions of domestic active gas-fired heaters:the gasfired heaters of single burners are equipped with optical flame detector and corresponding interlocking;the gas-fired heaters with 2~3 burners are equipped with optical flame monitoring and corresponding flameout protection;for gas-fired heaters with more than 4 burners(including 4 burners),furnace flame monitoring TV with alarm function and corresponding flameout protection shall be designed.
