五种昆虫脱皮抑制剂与莱氏绿僵菌的相容性研究

摘　　要：为明确莱氏绿僵菌与常用昆虫脱皮抑制剂的相容性,本试验采用涂板法和液体培养法测定了虱螨脲、氟啶脲、灭幼脲、氟铃脲和吡丙醚对莱氏绿僵菌菌丝生长、产孢量和分生孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,虱螨脲、氟啶脲和灭幼脲与莱氏绿僵菌的相容性较好,对莱氏绿僵菌的菌丝生长、产孢量和孢子萌发率均无抑制作用。氟铃脲和吡丙醚对莱氏绿僵菌菌丝生长无抑制作用;对产孢量和孢子萌发抑制作用较强,在25%田间剂量浓度时的产孢抑制率分别为66.97%、39.74%,在4倍田间剂量浓度时孢子萌发抑制率分别为68.69%、60.45%。以上结果表明,莱氏绿僵菌与虱螨脲、氟啶脲和灭幼脲的相容性好,与氟铃脲和吡丙醚的相容性差。In order to confirm the compatibility of Metarhizium rileyi with commonly used insect molting inhibitors,the effects of lufenuron,chlorfluazuron,chlorbenzuron,hexaflumuron and pyriproxyfen on the my-celial growth,sporulation and spore germination of M.rileyi were studied by coating method and liquid culture method.The results showed that lufenuron,chlorfluazuron and chlorbenzuron had better compatibility with M.rileyi,and had no inhibitory effects on mycelial growth,sporulation and spore germination rate.Hexaflumuron and pyriproxyfen had no inhibitory effect on mycelial growth,but strongly inhibited the sporulation and spore germination with the inhibition rates of sporulation as 66.97%and 39.74%respectively at 25%field dosage and the inhibition rates of spore germination as 68.69%and 60.45%respectively at 4 times of field dosage.The above results indicated that M.rileyi had good compatibility with lufenuron,chlorfluazuron and chlorben-zuron,but poor compatibility with hexaflumuron and pyriproxyfen.
