摘 要:自养微生物利用光能或化学能将二氧化碳转化成有机物,具有很强的环境适应性,在农田土壤固碳过程中发挥重要作用。本文介绍了自养微生物固碳途径以及农田土壤自养微生物种群,阐述了土壤理化性质、环境因子和农田管理措施对农田土壤自养微生物固碳能力的影响以及农田固碳微生物资源的开发与应用,并对今后农田自养微生物的重点研究方向进行了展望,以期为提高农田土壤的固碳潜能、增强农田生态功能提供参考。Autotrophic microorganisms can use light or chemical energies to convert carbon dioxide into organic matters,which have strong environmental adaptability and play important roles in the process of carbon sequestration in farmland soil.This paper introduced the carbon sequestration pathway of autotrophic microor-ganisms and the population of autotrophic microorganisms in farmland soil.The effects of soil physical and chemical properties,environmental factors and farmland management measures on the carbon sequestration ca-pacity of soil autotrophic microorganisms in farmland and the development and application of carbon sequestra-tion microbial resources in farmland were summarized,and the future research directions of autotrophic micro-organisms in farmland were prospected.It was expected to provide references for improving the carbon seques-tration potential of farmland soil and enhancing the ecological function of farmland.
