基于SFA的珠中江城市群创新效率与高质量发展探讨

摘　　要：根据珠海、中山、江门三个城市近10年的科技投入和产出数据,运用随机前沿分析方法(SFA)构建模型,分析科技投入和产出的绩效。结果显示:珠中江三个城市科技投入和产出的绩效总体较为相近,局部时段有较大差异。中山呈现出中期强后期走弱的趋势,珠海和江门呈现近期增强的趋势,且珠海、江门近期经济增长较快,体现了科技创新驱动发展的作用。最后对珠中江城市群实现创新驱动高质量发展提出相关建议。Based on the technology input and output data of Zhuhai,Zhongshan,and Jiangmen in the past 10 years,a model was constructed using the Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA)method to analyze the performance of technology input and output.The results show that the overall performance of technology investment and output in the three cities along the Pearl River is relatively similar,with significant differences in local time periods.Zhongshan showed a strong trend in the medium term and a weak trend later in the period,while Zhuhai and Jiangmen showed a recent strengthening trend.Moreover,Zhuhai and Jiangmen have seen rapid economic growth in recent times,reflecting the role of technological innovation in driving development.Finally,relevant suggestions are proposed for achieving innovation-driven high-quality development in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.
