摘　　要：智慧城市建设已成为未来城市高质量发展的创新驱动力与必然追求。它将助推新型城镇化、促进社会治理现代化以及引领城市发展模式转型,已成为肇庆现代新都市建设的重要着力点。肇庆市智慧城市建设目前已取得显著成效,但在此过程中凸显出来的问题亦不容忽视。未来应根据自身的实际和特点,从政策、社会及经济三个层面协同发力,强化顶层设计,完善数字治理,培育智慧产业,打造未来肇庆新型智能、智治宜居、绿色创新的现代新都市。Smart city construction has become an innovative driving force and the inevitable pursuit of high-quality development of future cities.It will boost the new-type urbanization,promote the modernization of social governance and lead the transformation of urban development mode,which has become an important focus in the construction of a modern new Zhaoqing city with remarkable results,but the problems revealed in this process cannot be ignored.In the future,according to its own reality and characteristics,Zhaoqing should make concerted efforts from the three levels of policy,society and economy,strengthen top-level design,improve digital governance,cultivate smart industries,and create a new,smart,livable,green,and innovative-type modern city.
