基于遥感的土地利用变化及驱动因子分析——以江苏省盐城市大丰区为例

摘　　要：为了解江苏省盐城市大丰区2015年“撤县(市)改区”调整前后的土地利用时空变化及其驱动因子,本文选取2010、2015和2020年遥感影像并解译获取研究区土地利用现状数据,通过土地利用动态度、转移矩阵和土地利用程度指数分析大丰区的土地利用程度变化特征,运用灰色关联分析法分析其社会经济驱动因子。结果表明:2010—2020年,研究区建设用地及耕地面积均有所增加,其他各类用地面积有所减少;综合土地利用变化动态度有所下降;研究区存在建设用地侵占耕地的情况,但耕地得到其他类型用地的补充,实现数量的“占补平衡”;研究区的土地利用程度处于发展期阶段;在社会经济驱动因子方面,涉及人口迁移的因子与区域土地利用程度的关联度均在0.9以上。In order to understand the spatial-temporal change of land use and its driving factors before and after the adjustment of"turning County into District"in Dafeng district,Yancheng city in 2015.Remote sensing images in 2010,2015 and 2020 have been selected to interpret the data of land use status in the study area,and land use dynamic attitude,transfer matrix and land use degree index have been used to analyze the characteristics of land use structure change in Dafeng district.Grey correlation analysis has been used to analyze the social and economic driving factors.The results show that the area of construction land and cultivated land in the study area have increased from 2010 to 2020,while the area of other types of land has decreased.Dynamic degree of comprehensive land use change has decreased.The transfer matrix shows that there is a phenomenon of construction land occupying cultivated land in the study area,but the cultivated land is supplemented by other land,so as to achieve the"balance of occupation and complement".The land use degree index indicates that the land use degree of the study area is in the development stage.In terms of social and economic driving factors,the correlation degree of factors involving population migration and regional land use structure is above 0.9.
